My mission as a Holistic Wellness Coach is to motivate and inspire others to live well by creating mindfulness and healthy habits around nutrition, active life, rest, and recovery.
I work with individuals and companies to implement an integrative wellness program based on their individual lifestyles. Together, we assess wellness goals and create a customized, actionable, and practical plan for their wellness journey. My role is to provide the knowledge, skills, tools, motivation, inspiration, and confidence you need to successfully participate in your own well-being.
I have mentored individual clients as well as led group and corporate team wellness challenges. The results have been wildly successful!
